Tensions ran high on Capitol Hill when former CNN journalist Don Lemon pressed Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene during a press briefing. But instead of answering, Greene accused Lemon of storming her office — setting off a chain of viral videos that has the internet going nuts.

Lemon was covering Greene’s stance on releasing the Jeffery Epstein files. When he asked her about Republican outreach, Green completely bypassed his questions and pivoted to accusations.
“Are you reaching out to other Republicans, and if so, how?” Lemon asked.
“Oh wait, weren’t you harassing my office yesterday?” Greene fired back.
Immediately shutting down the claim, Lemon responded: “No, I wasn’t. I was here reporting.” Greene replied, “I have a video of you busting in my office.” Greene countered, immediately turning her attention to another reporter while completely isolating Lemon.
Later, in a follow-up video, Lemon revealed he is a sexual abuse survivor and explained that he had been with a group of citizens demanding answers about the Epstein Files. But what came next was a complete jaw-dropper.
Speaking directly to one protester, Lemon said, “You got me in trouble with Marjorie Taylor Greene. She said I stormed her office, I was just there to report it. Can you please explain to the people what happened?”
The protester, Carlos Alvarez-Aranjos, founder of the anti-fascist group “American Opposition,” had some words for the Congresswoman. “Marjorie. Marge. I stormed your office,” the protestor confessed.” Your staff is s**t. You are s**t. Go f*** yourself. I stormed your office.”
As Lemon stood shocked by his statements, Aranjos also welcomed Greene to have a public debate. “Until you stop being a piece of s**t, we’re gonna keep f***ing with you because it’s fun, you are a loser, and nobody likes you.” The jabs were so aggressive that we couldn’t even repeat them.
But Aranjos made one thing clear: “Don Lemon is not responsible. He is following me because I’m leading a movement, and he is a reporter who is finally unshackled from the corporate media and is telling everybody the truth.” He ended by blasting Greene, Trump, and Republicans, while assuring protestors and viewers that “we’re going to win this fight.”
After the rant ended, the internet exploded with reactions.
“You know what, hell yeah Carlos,” a TikTok user.
“Best street interview I’ve seen all year,” another TikTok user wrote. And a third added, “I love the unhinged Don Lemon and his interviews.”
