During an appearance on the “Ellen DeGeneres Show” in 2021, model Winnie Harlow said her now-finace NBA star Kyle Kuzma DM’d her on Instagram during the start of the pandemic in 2020. Rapper Big Sean and the late “Glee” actor Naya Rivera met after exchanging DMs back and forth on Twitter in 2013. While their romance happened fast, it was over just as quickly. They officially ended things by breaking off their engagement in 2014, according to PEOPLE.
Francisco Lindor and Katia Reguero

During an interview with the New York Post in 2022, New York Mets player Francisco Lindor revealed he messaged his now wife on Instagram and knew within months that she was “the one.”
“I messaged her on Instagram. Her picture popped up and I was like, ‘This girl is beautiful!’” he said at the time.
Quavo and Saweetie

As evidenced by clear screenshots from 2018, Migos frontman Quavo posted how he slide in rapper Saweetie’s DMs on Instagram.
“U so icy, Imma glacier boy,” he wrote. To which Saweetie responded: “was hannin then.” The two dated for two years before calling it quits in March 2021.
Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose

After seeing an interview where rapper Wiz Khalifa mentioned that Rose was the only girl in the world he’d want to be with, she messaged him on Twitter( now X) to tell him how sweet it was and, well you know what happened next. The two dated and eventually got married in July 2013. They welcomed a son together later that year though they eventually divorced in 2014.
Laverne Cox and Kyle Draper

Speaking to Access Hollywood in 2018, Laverne Cox said she met her then-boyfriend Kyle Draper on Tinder and hit him up on the popular dating app. Sadly, they were short-lived after only dating for two years.

Thanks to former Lakers player Nick Young’s #WomanCrushWednesday post in 2013, he and rapper Iggy Azaela were able to get together. They later called it quits in June 2016.
