Despite a heat wave and thunderstorms, crowds came out to attend the sold-out premiere of Robert Townsend's new film, In the Hive, at Miami's Colony Theatre during opening night of the 15th annual American Black Film Festival. In addition to ABFF Founder Jeff Fridays, celebrities such as Bill Duke, Keenen Ivory Wayans, Mekhi Phifer and former The Parent 'Hood castmate Reagan Gomez came out to support the actor-turned-filmmaker.
