The last time we told you about Spice Girl Mel B.’s daughter, we were marveling at just how grown up her middle child Angel Iris Murphy had gotten. Now, our jaws are back on the floor as we recently learned about Mel’s oldest daughter Phoenix Brown and how much she resembles her mother in both looks and career path.

While Mel B has spent most of her time in the limelight but alternatively keeping her kids out of the public eye, she slowly but surely has been lifting the veil back to let her fans and followers in on some of the more important moments of their lives. If you’ll remember, in April 2025, she posted a series of photos with Angel in honor of her birthday.
Now, it seems like Phoenix — who’ll turn 27 on Feb. 19 — is determined to get more out there and carve out her own musical path just like her famous mom as evidenced by a new interview she gave recently with Heat Magazine. In it, she revealed that she’s hoping to collaborate with another Spice Girls’ child, namely Cruz Beckham to make some new music and continue make a name for herself.
“I’d love to play for him some day, that would be lit,” she told the outlet.
To help further boost her music aspirations, Phoenix works as a DJ, making beats and spinning records — a skill she reportedly taught herself years ago.
In an interview with Revamp Magazine in 2023, Phoenix said of her newfound talent: “[I learned] through social media and then it turned into something I could do professionally and it’s really cool.”
That same year, she told Teen Vogue of her singing ability, noting that while she’s no Beyoncé, she’s confident that her skills are impressive.
“If I could be anyone and have a new life, what would I want to be?’ I’d want to be a f*cking rock star, if I’m completely honest. I’m not Beyoncé with my vocals, but I definitely know what I’m doing,” she said at the time.
She later added: “Hopefully, music is going to be something in my books. I’m going to work very hard for it. I’m excited about it. Alternative rock is my category.”
And if we’re honest, with the way she already looks like her mom and knowing that she’s got some music capabilities just begging to be released–we know it’s only a matter of time before Phoenix rises to her own level of fame.
