The Spring/Summer ’18 Fenty Puma by Rihanna is now available, and we’re here for it. The collection is very surf-inspired and perfect for summer. Pieces range from $30 to $650, which isn’t the best price point for her Navy, in my opinion. The cheapest item in the collection is an ankle brace, while the most expensive are ankle boots. If I wanted to spend that much on shoes, I’d get a pair of Louboutins.
Of course, we also have more slides (a crowd favorite) in various colorways, such as neon green and blue, that are perfect for summer activities at the beach, water park or wherever else you’re trying to rock them.
A new addition that we weren’t expecting? The espadrilles. Admittedly, that whole situation threw me off, especially with the suede fabric. The black espadrilles are decent, but I’ll pass on the lavender-gray and lime-green options. Maybe they’re for when you leave the beach?
Nevertheless, I’m here to support RiRi and all of her career endeavors. But please, Rihanna, lower the prices on the next collection; we’re all tryna be the next bad gal!
