Kanye West was hospitalized Monday after his bizarre behavior during a concert Saturday night in Sacramento, Calif. According to NBC, West was placed under observation at a Los Angeles hospital.

NBC says that a medical-welfare call was received Monday afternoon, and West was hospitalized for his own safety. Over the last week, West has displayed questionable behavior during his Saint Pablo Tour concerts, which included ranting about Donald Trump and going on a tirade against Beyoncé and Jay Z.
Many people have speculated that West has been dealing with mental-health issues, but he has never disclosed or discussed anything pertaining to his well-being. On Monday, West canceled the remainder of his Saint Pablo Tour, which was running until the end of the year.
It’s also worth noting that on Nov. 21, 2007, West buried his mother, Donda West, after she died from heart failure after a plastic surgery routine.
