Thatโ€™s because for each pair of kicks you purchase of the new โ€œPeace on Earthโ€ colorway, Puma will donate $5 to the Trayvon Martin Foundation to help end gun violence.

In October, Puma announced itโ€™s plans to launch #REFORM, a new platform designed to provide โ€œactivists from the worlds of sports, music and entertainmentโ€ with support in โ€œchampioning causes and encouraging conversations around issues such as universal equality and criminal justice reformโ€.

Sole Collector gives us the scoop on Pumaโ€™s latest release:

This pair features a cream and white knit upper covered in an all-over feather pattern. Details include a translucent Puma stripe on the side panel, red top eyelets for a pop of color, grey heel counter, and a similar feather print on the insole. The left tongue tab also reads โ€œPeaceโ€ as a nod to the nickname of the colorway. The lightweight upper sits atop a matching NRGY and Ignite-cushioned midsole.

With Jay-Z executive producing this summerโ€™s six-part docu-series โ€œRest In Power: The Trayvon Martin Storyโ€, itโ€™s easy to see how a rapport was built between the brand and Trayvonโ€™s family.

The Puma Clyde Court Disrupt โ€œPeace on Earthโ€ is available now at www.puma.com, Foot Locker, Ubiq, Nice Kicks, and other select retailers.
