Well, there you have it, folks: The sexual predator in chief isn’t playing coy anymore and has full-on endorsed an accused pedophile who’s running for the Senate from Alabama. Because nothing says “Donald Trump” like ignoring a proposed history of shameful acts to benefit the greater movement of complete and utter domination by the 1 percent.

The president of the United States announced his support for embattled GOP candidate Roy Moore on Twitter Monday morning.

“Democrats refusal to give even one vote for massive Tax Cuts is why we need Republican Roy Moore to win in Alabama,” Trump tweeted, CNN reports.

“We need his vote on stopping crime, illegal immigration, Border Wall, Military, Pro Life, V.A., Judges 2nd Amendment and more. No to Jones, a Pelosi/Schumer Puppet!”

Before Monday, Trump played aloof (which is hard to do, considering that he doesn’t know his ass from his mouth, which also looks like an ass) whenever Moore’s name, and accusations about a history of preying on teen girls, came up.

But none of the claims, which range from improper behavior to sexual assault against a 14-year-old, have been enough to sway the president, or the Republican Party in Alabama, to stop the push to get Moore into the Senate. The president didn’t just endorse Moore—he denounced his opponent, Doug Jones, calling him a “puppet” for the Democrats.

“Putting Pelosi/Schumer Liberal Puppet Jones into office in Alabama would hurt our great Republican Agenda of low on taxes, tough on crime, strong on military and borders...& so much more,” Trump tweeted.

Moore, of course, couldn’t wait to thank Trump, because birds of a feather and all that.

“Thankful for President Trump’s support. The America First agenda will #MAGA. Can’t wait to help him #DrainTheSwamp. #ALSEN” he tweeted, CNN reports.

There is special place in hell for people who are willing to overlook claims of children being sexually assaulted to further an agenda. Here’s to hoping Moore loses, but how many of us really expect that to happen?
