Since Prince's death, many changes have been made to his properties, and the biggest will definitely benefit his fans. Prince's private estate and studio, Paisley Park, will open for tours starting Oct. 6, and the company that runs Elvis Presleyโs Graceland, Graceland Holdings, will manage it.

Paisley Park is aย 65,000-square-foot complex in Chanhassen, Minn., outside Minneapolis, and is where Princeย died from an accidental drug overdose in April.
Tickets go on sale online at 2 p.m. Friday. Standard tickets will cost $38.50, andย VIP tours will be offered for small groups priced at $100 or more. Tours will last 70 minutes.
