Oprah Winfrey, one of the producers of the much-anticipated new ‘The Color Purple” film adaptation, has been wearing as much purple as she possibly can this year!

Winfrey played the role of Sophia in the 1985 film adaptation and has kept the story close to her heart ever since. She and her stylist, Annabelle Harron, have found a variety of ways to implement purple into many of her outfits to promote the film, which will be in theaters on Christmas Day.
