The ongoing beef between Megan Thee Stallion and Nicki Minaj has become more of an unhinged, one-sided feud. Who knew that one line from Meg in her new single “Hiss” would throw Nicki into a 72-hour spiral? However, that hasn’t stopped celebrities from chiming in.
Rapper, designer and OnlyFans star Rubi Rose was one of the stars who had very strong feelings about the Megan Thee Stallion and Nicki Minaj beef, which were revealed after her close friends Instagram story was leaked. But the drama doesn’t end there.

Minaj’s Barbz actually got Rubi confused with Australian actor Ruby Rose, whose starred in “Orange Is The New Black” and “Batwoman,” and went on the attack and Ruby had to release a statement.
After being harassed and threatened by Nicki’s deranged followers, Ruby took to Instagram and wrote: “I have a ‘Y’ in my name, not an ‘I’. I never thought I’d see the day when I was being flooded with death threats for involvement in a rap beef. I do not post about rappers on my Close Friends story.”
She added, “I assure you my Close Friends list is never used for anything but more dog photos. I don’t know much about the inner workings of the rap world, period. You have the wrong person. I toured with Nicki for her whole Australian tour, and I have never met Megan but she also seems great.”
Rubi, however, wasn’t so complimentary of Nicki.
“Nicki Minaj evil as f*ck,” Rubi wrote. “Only option to marry was a pedophile, b*tch evil, pretty in the face but body botched as f*ck, evil spirit ass b*tch, old as f*ck tryna keep up, ozempic really saved her big back self. Beefing with these young girls so lame, bi*ch washed... youre 40..... Take care of papa and your drug addiction.”
Rubi, who hasn’t verified the legitimacy of the screenshot, was seemingly upset and rightfully so. It’s one thing to throw jabs at your competition, but for Nicki to question if Megan was shot and disrespect her deceased mother went just a little too far. Once Nicki’s fanbase—known as the Barbz—got wind of the disrespect, they went after the wrong celeb with all of their venom.
Hopefully that Barbz will back down and no one else will catch a stray from this ongoing saga.
