In the morning, the President and the Vice President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office. This meeting is closed press.

In the afternoon, the President will sign H.R. 6156, the Russia and Moldova Jackson-Vanik Repeal and Sergei Magnitsky Rule of Law Accountability Act.  The bill authorizes the President to extend Russia and Moldova with permanent normal trade relations and will sanction persons who are responsible for gross violations of human rights in Russia. There will be a stills-only pool spray of the signing in the Oval Office.

Later in the afternoon, the President will meet with Ambassador Susan Rice in the Oval Office. This meeting is closed press.
