No pants? No problem. Kanye West took to his Instagram (can you believe that he’s back on there?) to post three eyebrow-raising pictures of his wife, Bianca Censori, with teeny pieces of fabric that can barely be considered clothing. He captioned the post with, “No pants this year.”
Throughout his career, West has become a spectacle in the fashion industry, creating items in his Yeezy apparel line to get people talking. The most recognizable items he’s debuted are the muted-colored clothing that eerily looks dystopian, and his Foam Runners that look similar to bubble gum mid-chew.

Anyway, his fashion choices have been far from regular, not just for himself, but also for his romantic partners. Kim Kardashian became one of West’s muses in his fashion career, dressing her up in things she would probably never be caught wearing today, but at the time of her marriage to him helped make the Yeezy brand so successful.
In his new marriage to Censori, people who thought that Kardashian had it rough with the fashion lookbooks, cry even harder for his new wife as she’s been seen wearing less and less clothing as the days go by. While West may feel like he’s shaping Censori to be the next muse like Kardashian, we aren’t so sure that we want his new visions to stick. Censori has been snapped by paparazzi wearing tops that barely cover her chest and bottoms, or lack thereof, that leaves less to the imagination.
On the flip side, the no-pants revolution hasn’t only taken place in the West household as several celebrities such as Law Roach, Lori Harvey, and Jodie Turner-Smith took to the streets late last year with their legs free. So, unfortunately, it looks like Kanye may be right. The biggest issue is that maybe he’s taking it too far. Why can’t his wife have some tights or a long shirt or jacket for extra protection like others who took on the trend?
Then again, maybe Censori loves to pop out in these risky looks. We don’t get to hear from her, so who knows how she truly feels? But for my sake. Please, everybody, don’t make this the new trend. I’m begging.
