For all that’s crazy about Kanye West, he’s apparently doing something right in the parenting department. The “Stronger” rapper shares four children with ex-wife Kim Kardashian – North, 10, Saint, 7, Chicago, 5, and Psalm, 4. Although things didn’t work out with their mom, Ye seems to be doing his best to maintain good relationships with their kids.
Because, according to Kardashian, their daughter North prefers spending time with her daddy.

The ink was barely dry on Kimye’s divorce papers before Ye was on to the next. Records show he legally married Bianca Censori just one month after his divorce from Kardashian was final. Since moving out of the Kardashian compound, he’s lived a more stripped-down lifestyle. Apparently, North is all about that life.
On a recent episode of “The Kardashians,” Kardashian told big sis Kourtney that North prefers the minimalist lifestyle she experiences with dad – in an apartment without nannies, chefs and security.
“She’ll be like, ‘Dad is the best. He has it all figured out. He doesn’t have a nanny. He doesn’t have a chef. He doesn’t have security. He lives in an apartment,’” she said in the episode. “And she’ll start crying, ‘Why don’t you have an apartment? I can’t believe we don’t have an apartment.’”
Censori seems to have clapped back on Ye’s behalf. According The Daily Mail, she said any claim that the couple lives without security is false and mentioning it on the show actually puts them in danger.
The list of things Ye has done wrong is way too long to list here. But there is some value in North and the rest of the kids having a relationship with their father. Mind you, Ye’s idea of living with “less” probably isn’t making peanut butter sandwiches and playing catch in the yard: North and Ye were spotted this week enjoying some quality daddy-daughter time on a trip to Dubai wearing matching all-black everything.
But I can understand wanting to just hang out with your dad – even if that dad is Kanye West.
