As we previously told you, the Olympic winning track star made headlines earlier in the week after it was revealed she was involved in a slight altercation with her boyfriend, Christian Coleman, at Seattle–Tacoma International Airport in Seattle. Per the arresting officer, he saw Richardson “shove Coleman multiple times” as he tried to walk away from her and allegedly “fell into a nearby column.” Richardson also allegedly “threw a pair of headphones” at him.

As a result, the athlete was arrested and charged with “fourth-degree domestic violence assault.” However, Coleman–who had been dating Richardson for the past two years–declined to press charges and or to be a “victim” so the case has been cleared.

Now, new video footage of the altercation in question has been released to the public and let’s just say, it’s not casting Richardson in the best light. In it, we can see the couple walking through the airport past the TSA section of the airport before Richardson pulls and grabs Coleman by the backpack. Much like the initial report, he can be seen trying to get away from her multiple times, often getting in the way of other folks walking in the airport.

While Richardson has yet to formally speak out on the matter, Coleman made a statement not too long after the incident took place, describing it as a “sucky situation all around.”

“People have discussions and emotions and stuff like that, she have things she need to work on for herself of course. And so do I, so do you, so do you. And I’m the type of guy, I’m in the business of extending grace and mercy and love,” he said in part.
