We previously told you after being fired for an alleged inappropriate relationship with an employee, the former head coach showed up to his mistress’ house and threatened to take his own life. But before he even got there, Moore reportedly had a disturbing conversation with his wife which is now raising alarms.

TMZ obtained the audio from Moore’s wife’s 9-1-1 call. The woman– named Kelli– is heard on the call begging the operator to find her husband. She said she was fearful that Moore might hurt himself.

“Can you guys track his phone,” Kelli asked the operator. She went on to explain that her husband called her right before she contacted 911. He reportedly told her he was let go by the university and that he was driving on the highway.

“He just called me saying he got fired from his job, and he’s in crisis,” Kelli said to the operator. “I told him that I love him and that I need him to come home, but I don’t know where he is.”

According to Kelli, Moore seemed emotional and irrational. When asked if she knew exactly where her husband was, Kelli said she had “no clue.” The wife did, however, tell the operator the make and model of his vehicle and that he does not carry any weapons on him. “I just need to make sure he’s safe,” she continued. “He’s called a couple times, and I’m terrified he’s gonna do something to himself. I told him to come home.”

What Kelli didn’t know is that Moore was on the highway driving to confront his alleged mistress. The unidentified staffer soon made her own call to police about Moore, but her account of Moore’s emotional state was drastically different than Kelli’s.

The woman had returned to her home to gather items before she planned to “leave town” on Dec. 10, we previously told you. Moore, who was reportedly visibly distraught, allegedly broke into the woman’s home and refused to leave. The woman claimed Moore grabbed two butter knives and accused her of ruining his life. He then threatened to commit suicide right in front of her.

Moore eventually fled and was apprehended by police. He was charged with felony third-degree home invasion, stalking, and breaking and entering. His next court appearance is scheduled for Jan. 22.
