The indestructible Luke Cage is back for season 2 on Netflix. When we last left the bulletproof superhero, he cleared his name and was a neighborhood celebrity in Harlem. But with a new season comes a new foe—Cage has some tough decisions to make, and it all goes down June 22.

Mike Colter returns as Luke Cage, with showrunner Cheo Hodari Coker as an executive producer, along with Jim Chory (Jessica Jones) and Jeph Loeb (Jessica Jones), who also serves as Marvel’s head of television.
In addition to Colter, other familiar faces returning include Simone Missick (Ray Donovan), Alfre Woodard (12 Years a Slave), Theo Rossi (Sons of Anarchy), Mustafa Shakir (The Deuce), Gabrielle Dennis (Rosewood) and Rosario Dawson (Daredevil); plus, Lucy Liu will direct the first episode of the season. Luke Cage, season 2, will premiere exclusively on Netflix on June 22.
