Osakaβs Instagram statement came just two days after she experienced a devastating loss to American Ashlyn Krueger during the Aug 12 womenβs singles at the Cincinnati Open. Sheβs set on being an example of perseverance for her daughter. βI want to teach my daughter that she can achieve so many things with hard work.... I want her to aim for the stars and never think her dreams are too big,β she continued on Instagram.
The two-time US Open champ is set to return to this yearβs US Open later this month in New York City.
