“An Orange County judge has agreed to appoint a guardian to examine the finances of Octuplets mother Nadya Suleman’s 14 children.

A child-labor activist has filed suit against Suleman in Orange County Superior Court, alleging that video shot of her children violates a law aimed at protecting child entertainers from overwork. The suit seeks to create an independent trust for the children.

Suleman said there was no need for a guardian.

Suleman, already a mother of six, made headlines in January when she gave birth to eight children. Radar Online and other media organizations have shot video of the children, and Suleman is going to be the focus of an upcoming reality TV show.

State labor officials last month cited Radar Online for failure to obtain an entertainment permit, failure to have an entertainment permit on file, failure to have a studio teacher on site and allowing the babies to be available for filming beyond the hours allowed. The website has been chronicling Suleman’s life in recent months. The accusations involve one day of filming — March 17 —  when the first two of Suleman’s eight babies were brought home from the hospital to a media frenzy.”

Um…can’t Angelina Jolie or somebody take these babies away? Actually, let’s get Madonna on the phone. When she wants a baby, she GETS a baby.
