As you may remember, an autograph hound by the name of Giovanni Arnold ended up on a stretcher after doing entirely too much in his efforts to score an autograph from the “Motorsport” rappers.

As a result of the incident—which occurred right outside of The Mark Hotel—rumors surfaced that Arnold was suing Migos and Cardi for the assault, and that their security teams could face assault charges for the scuffle.

However, it appears that all is well in the world, as TMZ reports that no charges will be filed despite claims that Arnold suffered face, neck, body, and back injuries.
