Messy! Future Dragged Into Divorce Between ‘RHOA’ Porsha Williams and Simon Guobadia

Now why is Future in it? The rapper has now found himself involved in the messy divorce between “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Porsha Williams and Simon Guobadia, as InTouch reported this week.

According to the outlet, Guobadia demanded that the reality star answer multiple questions under oath as part of their divorce proceedings, including the nature of her relationship with Nayvadius DeMun Cash, also known as the rapper Future.

The question was just one of several, according to the outlet. The many reported questions included whether she was faithful in her marriage to Guobadia, whether or not she filed for divorce without telling him, and more. According to sources “close” to InTouch, Williams “does not know Future.” While Future has not commented on the matter, the rapper’s inclusion in the messiness of a “Real Housewives” divorce story was certainly not on our 2024 Bingo card.

As The Root reported, Williams announced her divorce for Guobadia earlier this year, just 15 months after tying the knot. As fans may remember, Porsha’s engagement announcement was surrounded by controversy, as she met Guobadia on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” when he was the husband of another castmember, Falynn Pina (then-Guobadia).

Time will tell whether or not we see it all play out on the upcoming season of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.” Promising the return of Williams (the star left the series in 2021 around the time of her engagement to Guobadia), the current season in production has had its share of hurdles, including a shocking exit of “RHOA” mainstay Kenya Moore after an alleged unexpected incident at her Hair Care Salon grand opening.

Hopefully, Williams will let the viewers in on this chapter of her life and how she’s handling the separation. If Bravo’s track record is any indication, cameras have been up and ready to capture any drama fans have been clamoring for.
