Travis Davison has been married for nearly six years, but according to police, he has a girlfriend on the side named Jessica Rios. The pair is accused of driving in separate cars to pull up on Davison’s estranged wife on South Second Street while she parked on July 30. A third unidentified man was driving a third vehicle. The wife recalled how she could hear the third man’s Bluetooth-connected phone call through his black BMW’s stereo when her husband allegedly instructed him to “light the b*tch up!” The wife told cops how she is “extremely familiar” with Davison’s voice because they are married. Per reports, the wife claimed her husband and his mistress acknowledged seeing her sitting in her parked car to the man before he allegedly poured gasoline over her car from front to back.

The affidavit says the wife crawled out of her 2010 Chevrolet Camaro’s passenger window just before it was lit on fire. “The silver Camaro,” Rios allegedly said to the fire-setting man, with it being the “only silver Camaro on the street,” per the affidavit. The wife alleges the trio was communicating via Bluetooth phone calls through their car’s stereos.

“My daughter and I jumped out of our car, and she was like, ‘Somebody call 911,’” a neighbor, who asked to remain anonymous and captured the footage told WREG. “Police were here before the fire department, and I heard her saying something about her husband.”

Per Action News 5, Rios, who has a history of harassment reports linked to her boyfriend’s wife, was identified as an accomplice.

Now, both Davison, 44, and Rios, 39, have been charged with attempted second-degree murder. Davison was also slammed with an attempted reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon charge. The alleged fire starter has not been identified or caught as of this writing.
