Megan Thee Stallion’s Former Manager Shares Heartbreaking Reveal in New Defamation Suit

Megan Thee Stallion is making it clear she’s not messing around with bloggers who she says push lies, but the mental toll it had on her is also coming to light.

Megan Thee Stallion‘s former manager Travis Farris is speaking her peace when it comes to the rapper’s new defamation lawsuit against popular blogger Milagro “Gramz” Cooper. Sadly, the details that he’s sharing are more heartbreaking than we all may have realized.

As we previously told you, in October 2024, Megan sued Cooper for defamation, cyberstalking, and emotional distress after alleging the blogger was conspiring with fellow rapper Tory Lanez to spread lies about her. Her legal team alleged that Cooper was “compensated thousands of dollars to post fallacious information about Megan” online and had been “consciously coordinating” with Lanez to do so. Megan’s lawyers are also suing over allegations of cyberstalking and emotional distress.

Fast forward to November 2025, and the trial for this suit is now underway. While Megan is expected to take the stand at some point, on Wednesday, Farris himself spoke and revealed that Megan’s road to recovery after Cooper allegedly made a series of online posts about her was difficult, per TMZ.

In particular, he referenced the deepfake porn video that she allegedly shared on her X/Twitter account and said that the emotional distress she went through as a result of that caused her to go to therapy. But not just any old therapy. This specific kind of treatment cost her $240,000 for her four week sessions.

As noted by legal affairs reporter Meghan Cuniff who was also present inside the courtroom, another witness testified about the numerous brand partnerships that Megan lost out on because of the tape’s virality. Some of those brands included Google Pixel, Activision/Call of Duty, U.S. Women’s Soccer Federation and more.

Additionally, Megan’s lawyers also revealed that the “Bigger in Texas” rapper has officially been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and the doctor who officially gave the diagnosis was also expected to testify, according to TMZ.

What’s more is that Megan’s legal team has also brought up the possibility that Cooper and Lanez’s father may have been somehow romantically involved, citing some alleged text messages.
