No matter what obstacles are thrown Megan Thee Stallionβs way, she seems to always come out on top. And thanks to her latest legal move, it looks like sheβs aiming for another win. Weβll explain.
For context, the βHissβ rapper has been very outspoken about the online harassment and bullying sheβs experienced in the years following the 2020 shooting by Tory Lanez in which she was injured in the foot. Despite Lanezβs conviction in 2022, multiple bloggers and internet personalities pushed out false narratives and alternative facts about what really happened to taint public opinion about the βMamushiβ rapper and tried to cause her more problems.

Now, it appears sheβs taking one of those bloggers to court over their actions as noted by a new lawsuit filed on Wednesday. Per court documents obtained by People, Thee Stallion (legally Megan Pete) is suing blogger Milagro Gramz (legally Milagro Elizabeth Cooper) for alleged harassment and βchurning out falsehoodsβ related to the aforementioned shooting. In the suit, lawyers for the βBodyβ rapper allege that Gramz βacts as a paid surrogateβ for Lanez (legally Daystar Peterson) and spreads lies on his behalf.
The suit also claims that Gramz shared a βdeepfake pornographic videoβ of her to X/Twitter, accused her of having a βsevere drinking problem,β questioned her βmental statusβ and labeled her both an βangry Black womanβ and a βlying ass hoe.β
As it relates to the 2020 shooting specifically, Thee Stallions legal team also alleged that Gramz βfalsely claimed that the firearm Mr. Peterson used to shoot Ms. Pete was not produced during the Trial because it was missing.β The claim is false as the gun is still in the custody the Los Angeles Police Department, per the suit.
In a statement released on Tuesday, about the suit, the βBigger in Texasβ rapper said:
βItβs time to hold bloggers accountable for years of harassment, cyberbullying and the publication of misinformation about my personal and professional life. Iβve endured countless attacked on my character based on false narratives on social media, bloggers misrepresenting themselves as journalists.β
She concluded by saying that the behavior is βunacceptableβ and assured folks that there would be consequences and repercussions for βrecklessly posting lues and defamatory falsehoods.β
Seeing as how Thee Stallion was vindicated in the 2020 trial against Lanez, it stands to reason that sheβll wind up with another legal βWβ in the near future thanks to this suit. This news comes as the βRock Steadyβ rapper gears up to release her documentary, βMegan Thee Stallion: In Her Own Words,β on Prime Video on Halloween.
