As we previously told you, Judge Mathis recently clapped back at derogatory remarks Brown made about his wife, Linda, in an interview with the Art of Dialogue. In his response to Brown, Mathis said that an “OG doesn’t fight with a lame,” and attributed his slick comments to his age.

However, Mathis’ wife was not the only person in Judge Brown’s line of fire, as he also made comments about Greg Mathis Jr. In an interview with The Art Of Dialogue, posted this month, Brown criticized Judge Mathis for his “endorsement” of the LGBTQ+ community, implying that Mathis used his son’s public coming out as gay in 2022 to get higher ratings for his reality show, “Mathis Family Matters,” and said that Mathis has a “rainbow fixation.”

Now, Greg Mathis Jr has come out to defend himself against Brown’s comments, and did not hold back his thoughts on the popular TV Judge.

“Let me just say this, I worked on Capitol Hill for ten years, US Congress as well as the Senate, I heard countless republican men stand up, get on that podium down in Congress and say the same things that Joe Brown has said… And let me tell you, the same ones that get up here and say this stuff are the same ones that you will find have their lil’ boys right back home in the basement.”

Mathis Jr. then went on to suggest that Judge Browns focus on the LGBTQ+ community is due to internalized homophobia and maybe even jealousy at the fact that he is not living his life as openly as he would wishes to.

“To me, it just doesn’t make a lot of sense. It feels like people are fighting a battle within themselves that they then place upon other people. If you can’t get something right within yourself, and you know that you have this secret that’s been eating away at you, it’s going to make you lash out at other people.”

So far, there hasn’t been another word on the beef between the two judges, but now it’s clear that if Judge Brown continues with his nasty comments, Judge Mathis might not be the only one responding.
