Ever since Garcelle Beauvais announced she bought a California beach cottage and had big plans to renovate it, everyone has all been waiting for the reveal… and finally, here it is.
The actress bought the one-bedroom cottage in 2021 for $765,000, according to realitytea.com. Since then, the tiny house has been torn down and completely built back up bigger and better! It’s reported Beauvais dropped a whopping $1.5 million on renovations, and it seems like everything is paying off.

Beauvais told Bravo TV she wanted to keep the theme of the house “beachy.” You’ll notice every piece of furniture and every detail of the architectural design screams vacation vibes.
