Williams sat down with the mag to talk about her new book “Strive: 8 Steps to Find Your Awesome”and the diet and lifestyle changes she’s made since being diagnosed with Sjögren’s syndrome, a chronic autoimmune disorder that comes with debilitating symptoms including pain and fatigue.
