Another day, another lawsuit lobbed at Sean “Diddy” Combs, it seems. But this time around, the late rapper Biggie Smalls and his own son are being roped into the legal mess. We’ll explain.
Per a new lawsuit filed recently, a John Doe is suing Diddy for sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and more, citing a handful of shocking incidents. One incident happened in 2020, where Doe alleged that the Bad Boy mogul ejaculated on a shirt that once belonged to Biggie and tossed it on him, according to TMZ. During a prior incident in 2005, Doe claims Diddy put his genitals in his face and told him to “suck it.”
Where Biggie’s son, Christopher “CJ” Wallace, comes into play is in the third incident that allegedly happened in 2020 at a Revolt TV location. Doe, a former Bad Boy employee who allegedly had issues with Diddy, claims Wallace was one of several men who lured him to the spot under false pretenses and held him down while Diddy forced his genitals into his mouth.
Doe claims that Wallace and another man named William Mack told him that the meeting was supposed to be about other business opportunities but instead became the scene for him to allegedly get attacked. After it was over, Doe claims Wallace, Mack and other individuals drove him home.
In addition to damages he’s seeking from Diddy, Doe is looking to collect from Wallace for his alleged role in his harm. After getting wind of the suit, Diddy’s lawyers responded in lengthy statement to TMZ.
“Mr. Combs’s trial and acquittal on trafficking and RICO charges proves what we have been saying all along: Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone,” it read. “That people continue to broadcast and file false accusations — no matter how heinous and uncorroborated — is unfortunate, but Mr. Combs will not back down. He will fight for as long as necessary to win his full vindication.”
