Klay Thompson appears to have soft-launched his relationship with Meg, if his latest Instagram post is any indication. The Dallas Mavericks player took to the social media app with a carousel of multiple photos, including some of him cuddled up and holding hands with the “Bigger in Texas” rapper.
Naturally, the comments are filled with “Hotties” (Megan’s fan base) chiming in with their thoughts on one of the newest couples in pop culture. One user wrote, “Treat her right, she deserves it,” while another chimed in saying, “Be good to my girl! We’ve been through a lot !”

The post, which has over 800,000 likes on Instagram, features Jones and Mitchell kissing in front of a sunset, with the “ICU’ singer showing off her new ring.
The comments are filled with love from fellow celebrities and fans alike. Chloe Bailey wrote under the picture, “makes me the happiest” with a bunch of heart-eye emojis. Keke Palmer, Lala Anthony, Ryan Destiny, Coco Guaff, and Yvonne Orji all took to the comments as well to wish the newly-engaged couple congratulations.
Gabrielle Union, who famously has also been with a famous basketball player herself for quite some time, shared love under the post, writing, “Yesssss!!! So happy for you two!!!”
What’s particularly exciting about Jones’ announcement is that her and Mitchell never confirmed their relationship to begin with. As one fan wrote on X, “Coco Jones popped out with her man with a ring on her finger. The hardest of launches omg.”
