President Trump’s rival, California Gov. Gavin Newsom, has become increasingly well-liked for his charisma and the way he uses his account on X to troll and call out the President. Now, Newsom has the internet in stitches again with a recent video about the President’s alleged birthday letter to his former friend and disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein.

If you didn’t know, The Wall Street Journal reported on a birthday album compiled by Ghislaine Maxwell that featured lewd birthday letters written to Jeffrey Epstein by his friends for his 50th birthday. One of these friends was allegedly President Trump, and even though Trump has denied the letter’s existence, it was soon obtained by the lawyers of Jeffrey Epstein’s estate and handed to Congress, according to The Wall Street Journal.
The letter is an outline of a female body with a dialogue between Trump and Epstein about the secrets they share, written in the center of it. Even with the President’s signature at the bottom, Trump continues to deny the letter’s authenticity and has even sued The Wall Street Journal for $10 billion in a defamation lawsuit, according to Reuters.
Now, Newsom is taking the opportunity to get further under President Trump’s skin with an edited video posted on X this week of Donald Trump’s hand (covered in makeup) drawing the letter, while an added voice of the President saying he doesn’t draw is added in the background.
“I don’t do drawings. I’m not a drawing person. I don’t do drawings of women, that I can tell you. They say there’s a drawing of a woman, and I don’t do drawings of women,” The president says as his photoshopped hand is signing his signature at the bottom of the letter.
Followers in the replies laughed at the video and pointed out the makeup on the hand, poking fun at the mysterious foundation patch on Donald Trump’s hand.
“The makeup hand was perfect, lol,” wrote one user in the replies.
“So lemme get this straight MAGA believes this letter was created by Dems in 2004 and hid at Jeffrey Epstein’s estate? Mmmmkay,” wrote another user.
Other users posted photo’s of sketches by Donald Trump noting that he has shown an interest in drawing in the past:
So far, the post has gotten over 2 million views and 80,000 likes, with followers encouraging Newsom to continue trolling the President, and some followers even hoping that he’ll be the next Presidential candidate to take Trump’s crown:
“Our next president! Keep whacking that clown.”
