Women who have been anxiously waiting to wave their Team Thickums ID cards proudly in everyone’s faces. Women who have been dubbed “plus size” by the mainstream.

Style blogger Gabi Fresh, R&B songstresses Jazmine Sullivan and Chrisette Michelle, and Orange Is the New Black actress Danielle Brooks all grace this month’s cover, part of an army-themed photo shoot.
