Sean βDiddyβ Combs has been named in two more lawsuits, rounding out a year full of headline-making lawsuits and federal charges for the disgraced mogul.
One lawsuit, filed in New York federal court, accuses Diddy of sexually assaulting a 23-year-old woman in 2006, after she won a radio station contest to attend one of his infamous New York City parties. According to the lawsuit obtained by USA Today, βLaTroya Grayson alleged sheβd attended Combsβ βblack partyβ on Oct. 16, 2006, and woke up in the hospital the next morning with no recollection of the previous night.β

Grayson states in the suit that she and her half-sibling participated in a radio station contest on Tulsaβs 105.3 KJAMZ FM, winning an all-expenses paid trip to one of Combsβ parties in New York City. She believes, per the complaint, she was βdrugged, assaulted, robbed with no memory of how she arrived at the hospital as her last memory was being at Diddyβs Black Party.β
The filing reportedly contains photos of purported receipts, plane tickets and even alleged pictures that were taken at the party. She alleges she drank βless than two drinks that were passed around by servers and woke up at Saint Vincentβs Medical Center of New York.β
After finding βher shirt was ripped, her underwear was missing, she was not wearing any shoes and the money she had traveled with was stolenβ while at the hospital the next day, she allegedly received a call from an βanonymous femaleβ who threatened her against βpursuing Combs for the alleged assault.β This, according to the lawsuit, is how she discovered Combs was allegedly βinvolvedβ in the assault.
Diddyβs lawyers have denied the claims in the assault in a statement to USA Today, writing, βMr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone or engaged in sex trafficking. Ms. Grayson admits she has no memory of the events alleged in her complaint, does not know who was supposedly involved, and has never spoken to Mr. Combs.β
Grayson alleged βnegligence, sexual assault and battery and violation of the New York City Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act,β according to the report. She also accused other defendants, Combsβ Bad Boy Entertainment label, Atlantic, the Tulsa radio station, and Delta Airlines, along with Combs, βof participating in a RICO enterprise, claiming they were 100% liableβ for Combsβ alleged actions,β per the outlet.
Louisiana Jane Doe
The second lawsuit filed on Friday comes from a Jane Doe living in Louisana, represented by Tony Buzbee, who has filed numerous lawsuits from alleged victims against Diddy, including one naming Jay-Z. Doe accuses Combs of sexually assaulting her in 1991 in the suit, also obtained by USA Today, after meeting at a charity basketball game at New Yorkβs City College. Doe claims to have been invited to the now-infamous event, in which nine people died in a stampede.
Doe alleges she was introduced to the rapper in his makeshift dressing room, where he proceeded to sexually assault her while his bodyguard was on the other side of the door, βstanding watch.β She is reportedly seeking βcompensatory damages for her injuries and emotional distress, as well as punitive damages for the alleged assault.β
Diddy is denying these allegations as well. In statements obtained by the outlet, his legal team singled out Buzbeeβs filings, referring to them as βclear attempts to garner publicity.β The statement then added that Diddy, βhas never sexually assaulted anyoneβadult or minor, man or woman.β
As we reported, Diddy was arrested in Manhattan by federal authorities Sept. 16 and is currently being held in jail after being denied bond numerous times. The rapper pleaded not guilty to charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and engaging in interstate transportation for prostitution. His trial date is set for May 2025.
