Houston-based SolarWorld is currently seeking a sales/regional account manager to help promote and market the company's solar offerings in the Gulf Coast region. SolarWorld currently operates the largest manufacturing plant for solar-energy products in North America.
As part of SolarWorld, sales/regional account managers are responsible for developing and cultivating relationships with prospective clients and solar-panel distributors, as well as providing support for current accounts in the Gulf Coast region.
Ideal candidates have a degree in engineering, business or marketing and at least five years of experience in account sales, strategic alliances and marketing. Ability and willingness to travel internationally is also a plus.
