Daily Job Lead: Dining Coordinator

The University of Iowa in Iowa City is currently looking for a dining and operations coordinator to oversee the university’s private club, the University Club. The dining and operations coordinator will be in charge of assisting with administrative functions for the University Club, such as assisting with restaurant service and event operations as well as hiring, training and scheduling all of the club’s hourly staff.

Ideal candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, food management or commensurate restaurant or bar experience. Candidates should also have at least six months of administrative and supervisory experience, particularly with supervising large, hourly staffs.
