The viral moment of Dipset rapper Camβron acting a fool on βCNN Tonightβ should remind us of a quote from the infamous Dave Chappelle: βWho gives a f**k what Ja Rule thinks at a time like this?!β
If you havenβt seen, the βOh Boyβ rapper made an appearance on CNN with host Abby Phillip on Monday night to discuss Sean βDiddyβ Combs and the 2016 surveillance video of him assaulting his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura.

Although he addressed the footage and acknowledged that he didnβt support anything Diddy did in the clip, it was clear that he was not interested in being interviewed about the topic.
βFirst of all, everything in the video was egregious. I donβt support all the charges thatβs alleged against him. I donβt support any of that β trafficking minors, domestic violence. Iβm totally against it,β said Camβron. βSo when I saw the video, yeah, I was kinda upset with it. Being that I know him β heβs not necessarily a friend β but I was upset when I saw it.β
From that moment on, the rest of the interview went downhill as Phillips continued to try to ask Cam questions about his relationship with Diddy and how other artists felt about the Bad Boy Records founderβs reputation in the industry.
Killa Cam wasnβt interested in talking about any of that.
The interview officially went off the rails was when Cam took a shot of PinkHorsePower on air and said, βSorry Iβm going to get some cheeks after this.β
If you didnβt know, PinkHorsePower is a βnatural supplement designed to empower manβs sexual intimacy.β
When asked for a final time about Diddy and the people, Cam responded with a question of his own, saying, βWho the talent agent for this joint? You think I be sitting around watching what Diddy do? I didnβt know that this was a Diddy joint that you invited me to. Yo, who booked me for this joint? Yβall wildin.ββ
The βCome Home With Meβ rapper addressed his appearance during the Tuesday episode of βIt Is What It Is,β and expressed his frustration with CNN not asking him about any of the positive things he and co-host Mase do in the community.
Although Cam was less than respectful during his appearance, this isnβt his first time acting a fool on live TV.
If you recall, in 2003 he appeared on Fox Newsβs βThe OβReilly Factorβ alongside Dame Dash and seemingly annoyed and mocked Bill OβReilly for the entirety of his appearance on the show.
If CNN knew Cam was going to act like this prior to coming on the show, why book him in the first place?
Either they knew he was going to act a fool and wanted the viral moment, or they were duped into thinking Cam was going to give more in-depth answers. Whatever the reason, it clearly didnβt go great for them.
