3 Ways to Think Like a Businessman, According to Executive Walter Davis

The “Guardians of the Galaxy” star had been having trouble offloading the 6,400-square-foot property. She even had to drop the selling price multiple times. At first, Saldaña was hoping to sell for $16.5 million, almost double what she originally bought the mansion for.

Even though she got less than what she wanted, Saldaña still walked away with a $2 million profit for the gorgeous mansion. The home, which interestingly enough previously belonged to designer and former model Kimora Lee Simmons, has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a tennis court, a pool, and even a spa… what?!

The mansion was originally built in 1930 and was renovated in 1974, according to the listing. When Saldaña purchased the property she gave it a complete make over, but she still managed to keep the carpeted stairs and retro design of the foyer.
