Now, she’s hinting that the full story may be darker than folks expected. Let’s unpack.

Owens — who first met Kirk in 2017 while serving as Communications Director for the then–up-and-coming Turning Point USA — claims he became a target for his “rational thoughts about Israel,” suggesting that the conservative political commentator may have been threatened before his death.

As she traces what she believes is a trail of clues, she points to hedge fund manager and billionaire Bill Ackman, whom she alleges was very unhappy with Kirk’s rhetoric.

“Charlie’s rational thoughts about Israel were a no-no,” Owens said during the latest episode of the “Candace O Podcast,” which she titled, “They Are Lying About Charlie Kirk.” “Charlie was surrounded by his ‘friends.’ Bill Ackman was very upset and threats were made,” she stated. Per her usual boldness, Owens even added that the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, was involved.

“It was at this time Bibi Netanyahu was called and Charlie was invited to Israel. This was an under duress situation, I would say, because I’ve been in these situations before,” she explained. “When I started asking very sensible questions about Israel—as someone who had dedicated her political life to supporting Israel, many times alongside Charlie Kirk—I was met with the very same pressure.

“When this arrived to me, it felt like a threat… more like, ‘This is your last chance.’ That’s how it felt to me, I can’t speak to how it felt for Charlie,” she explained.

The controversial podcaster also claimed that money was involved…and lots of it. When Kirk allegedly denied that funding — and his trip to Israel for what she called “reeducation camp” — it may have caused the situation to take a turn for the worst. “Charlie said no to BB,” Owens said. “Bill Ackman, if you would like to dispute that, I would love to hear what you say happened because our sources and what we have—it’s solid.”

Andrew Kolvet, executive producer of “The Charlie Kirk Show” and friend of the Kirk family, responded via Twitter vouching for his team members who attended the Ackman event. According to Kolvet’s colleagues, “Bill never yelled at Charlie, never pressed him on Bibi, never gave him a list of Charlie’s offenses against Israel.”

Responding on X, Ackman himself called the claims “totally false” and “slandered.” “at no time have I ever threatened Charlie Kirk, Turning Point or anyone associated with him,” Ackman wrote. “I have never blackmailed anyone, let alone Charlie Kirk. I have never offered Charlie or Turning Point any money in an attempt to influence Charlie’s opinion on anything.”

But in a second clip, Owens boasts about a set of text messages in which she allegedly addressed Seth Dillon about Ackman’s Tweet regarding a “Hamptons meeting,” and maintains that she never got a response.

“I wanna be clear, I’m not someone who normally publicizes text messages, but my friend was shot in the neck,” Owens expressed, “And I’m just not really in a state right now to be polite when it comes to the answers that I’m demanding.”

Kirk was shot and killed on Sept. 10, during a public speaking event at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah. The 31-year-old conservative was allegedly shot by a sniper identified as Tyler James Robinson, who reportedly had an “obsession” with Kirk, per ABC News.

Robinson was arrested last week for felony discharge of a firearm, aggravated murder, and obstruction of justice, per the news outlet.
