As we told you before, things escalated in mid-September when Cam labeled Dame a a “flagrant liar” and said that his words couldn’t be taken as facts anymore. Seeing those comments Dame subsequently threatened to sue him for $300 million citing allegations of defamation, harassment and more.
Now, Cam’ron is issuing his response, saying in a new episode of the “Talk With Flee” podcast that he didn’t have anything to say about it initially. Eventually, Cam’ron went into how he really felt about the whole ordeal, expressing his surprise and confusion over the fact that Dame took things to this level.
“You don’t know who to trust out here,” he said of working things out with Dame. “You don’t know how a nigga feeling today, and how they gonna feel tomorrow. Man, that’s all I can say,” he said.
He later added: “I thought we were snapping. And it just got really, really deep. I ain’t know it was lawyer deep off the snapping. I know it got a little personal for him. But you know he got personal, too.”

Damon “Dame” Dash has been having one helluva week thanks to his viral interview on “The Breakfast Club.” But he’s had enough of folks clowning him for it, and one person in particular — namely Cam’ron — is about to feel the brunt of his fury if he doesn’t let up soon.
As we previously told you, Dash set off a firestorm online after his appearance on the popular radio show began to circulate online. While there he spoke on a myriad of different topics but spent most of his time going back and forth with cohost Charlamagne tha God and defending his financial status, business deals and more.
Well, once rapper and podcast host Cam’ron got wind of friend-turned-foe Dash’s antics, he was quick to label him a “flagrant liar” and said that his words couldn’t be taken as facts anymore because he didn’t have any teeth. Cam also offered some clarity on Dash’s alleged deal with Revolt (in which some reports falsely said he had been named the company’s new chairman).
“I ain’t know you’d be lying like this, yo, it’s sad,” said Cam. “They told me, but you know when a n*gga, your man, you don’t pay attention to a lot of sh*t. I didn’t know, bro, that you’re a flagrant liar like this, man.”
He later added: “How you the godfather of anything? Your word don’t count no more. You don’t got teeth. You have dentures. Your word don’t mean nothing. You fell off the Mount Rushmore Harlem a long time ago, but we’ll address it all tomorrow and Friday. But don’t say I ain’t trying to help out.”
Now it looks like Cam’ron’s words have pushed Dash too far as he’s seemingly made a $300 million legal threat against him, as evidenced in a new post to Instagram on Friday. Showing screenshots of some legal documents, Dash is apparently suing Cam’ron, citing allegations of defamation, harassment, conspiracy, unjust enrichment, tortious interference and more.
The suit also alleges he has suffered reputational harm, emotional distress, and loss of business opportunities due to Cam’ron’s actions.
“I never hustled with [Cam’ron],” Dash wrote in the post. “He’s a civilian, but he’s f**king with my family office and he’s now made my wife [and] two of my sons uncomfortable. I would never do anything violent. And I don’t want anyone that loves me to do anything violent, so this is the only way I can handle this.”
Dash continued, “So this is my version of how the Godfather handled Fredo. I knew it was going to be one of my brothers I just didn’t know it was going to be you bro. And that does make me sad. We’ll just have to let a judge decide like businessmen. And I don’t find it funny.”
