R&B singer Brandy Norwood had to be taken to a hospital Friday morning after airline officials reported an ill passenger on a plane at Los Angeles International Airport.

Officers and firefighter-paramedics responded around 7 a.m. to a report of a person who was “unconscious or almost unconscious” shortly after boarding a Delta Airlines plane, ABC 13 notes. The flight had not yet left the gate when authorities were called in.
According to the news station, Brandy had regained consciousness by the time she was escorted onto the jetway, and was transported to the hospital in an unknown condition.
