As we previously told you, just before the Christmas holiday, the “Beez In the Trap” rapper came under fire for further aligning herself with President Donald Trump and his MAGA crew after popping out with with Charlie Kirk’s widow at at a political event for Turning Point USA (TPUSA). Prior to that, she had alienated herself from her fans after she decided to speak out against the killing of Christians in Nigeria and thanked Trump for prioritizing religious freedom. All of this comes after she also went online and disparaged countless celebrities like Jay-Z and more.
Now, it looks like fans and others online have just about had it with her altogether and have decided that it’s probably best that she go back to where she came from–and we don’t mean South Jamaica, Queens in New York.
In fact, in a new Change.org petition, fans are calling for the “Pink Friday” rapper to get deported back to Trinidad, where she was born. According to the petition, it cites her recent “erratic behavior” when it comes to her issues with Jay-Z and Beyoncé and her marriage to Kenneth Petty as the biggest issues for her to leave the U.S.
“This is not just a personal grievance–it is a matter of public concern. Nicki Minaj’s influential status does not grant her the right to overstep legal and moral boundaries. Her actions have demonstrated that she poses a threat not only to the individuals she has targeted but potentially to the broader community,” the petition read. “Deporting Nicki Minaj back to her home country, Trinidad, seems the most viable solution to curtail her harmful actions. It would ensure the safety of American citizens and send a clear message that harassment and support of criminal activity will not be tolerated.”
As of this article’s publishing, the petition has over 52,000 signatures and it’s causing some discourse on social media.
“Hold on, wait a goddamn minute : Nicki Minaj is not a US citizen … and she’s Maga?” wrote one user on X/Twitter.
“I support this! Where do I sign?” wrote one person on Instagram.
“Well that was fast and I bet half of the people who signed it was the barbz,” one other user theorized.
Added another: “This is a perfect example of F around and find out.”
However, there were a handful of people who thought the petition was taking things too far.
“Now I’m not on her side BUT…If we’re against deportation…why are we trying to deport her, like cmon now,” one person wrote on Instagram.
“So it’s OK for celebrities to support trump…but when Nicki does it, everybody on this high horse,” said another.
One other user wrote: “For someone to actually sit an make this petition is sad tho!!! If you want to stop supporting her, OK! But this is doing the most!!”
Added another, “Y’all really too mad and she will still be THE NICKI MINAJ in Trinidad or wherever tf.”
