Cosby was on trial for drugging and sexually assaulting former Temple University employee Andrea Constand in 2004. During the trial, five women testified against the 80-year-old comedian and spoke about similar incidents of drugging and sexual assault that they experienced with Cosby.

Over the last couple of years, more than 50 women have come forward and alleged that Cosby drugged and sexually assaulted them, claims that Cosby has denied.

During deliberations, a juror asked Montgomery County Common Pleas Judge Steven O’Neill what the definition of consent was, but O’Neill told them that he could not give the definition but to use common sense.

Assistant Montgomery County District Attorney Kristen Feden told jurors that Cosby preyed on women over a career that spanned 50 years.
