Today, the president will sign a memorandum granting health care and other benefits to the partners of federal employees CNN reports. This move comes after criticism over Obama’s support for the Defense of Marriage Act, which not only opposes same-sex marriage, but groups it with incest to support its position.

Obama claims he is “a fierce advocate for gay and lesbian Americans.” Uh…”fierce” might be overdoing it Mr. President. How hard do you fight for people whose lifestyles you disagree with?
