As we’ve previously reported, President Donald Trump has officially signed legislation for the Department of Justice to release the infamous Epstein files — which he has been avoiding all of 2025 until now — over the course of 30 days. The files are expected to contain documents from the FBI and the Justice Department’s investigation into convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and his associate Ghislaine Maxwell, who is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence for crimes linked to Epstein.
Now, the Trading site Polymarket has folks are betting on which high-profile names they think will be mentioned to potentially cash in on thousands of dollars. One of the bets trending on the site is: “Who will be named in the newly released Epstein Files?”
Currently, at the time of writing, sitting at the top of the list is the former Prime Minister of Israel, Ehud Barak, and he has been given a 58 percent chance that his name will be in the files. Taking up the top four spots after Barak are businessman David Koch, magician David Copperfield, former British Prime Minister Tony Blair and actor Alec Baldwin.

However, Sean “Diddy” Combs follows close behind in sixth place, and former President Barack Obama sits just below the disgraced rapper in seventh place. Both Combs and Obama have been given a 35 percent chance that their names will show up in the files.
Michael Jackson is also in the top 20 names on the list, with a 29 percent chance that his name is in the documents. So is Oprah Winfrey, who has been given a 15 percent chance, and Jay-Z, who has been given an 11 percent chance.
There is also a “resolved” category, featuring names that have already been confirmed to be in the Epstein files, which includes actor Kevin Spacey, the U.K.’s Prince Andrew, President Donald Trump, Microsoft founder Bill Gates, former President Bill Clinton, Hilary Clinton and lawyer Alan Dershowitz.
Though users are betting on the names they believe might be linked with Epstein, Polymarket added in the description of the trading page that the names listed do not mean the individuals committed any crimes but simply were mentioned in the files.
According to the website, Polymarket is the world’s largest prediction market. It keeps its users informed on various events happening around the world in sports, technology, finance and politics, allowing people to make bets and profit from these events.
