In news that can only be described as “well this is gonna get interesting,” Amanda Seales is airing out her issues with her former friend Charlamagne tha God. And just like you might expect — she’s not holding back!

As you well know by now, Seales has no problem speaking up and speaking out about people and situations that have rubbed her the wrong way or are downright wrong, and her latest criticism is centered around the popular “The Breakfast Club” host.
During a recent livestream on Instagram, she broke down why she wouldn’t collaborate with Charlamagne and the things that led up to her not wanting to rock with him anymore. Specifically responding to a viewer when asked why she doesn’t just do a podcast with him, Seales let loose.
“Why would I do a podcast with Charlamagne? We had great chemistry until I realized he was a ridiculous person and he was a snake. So then we don’t have great chemistry anymore. He’s also not an intellectual. Like he’s read books, he’s not a dummy. But he’s not an intellectual and he’s not — he don’t got no back bone. He sits here and regurgitates the same crap,” Seales began in part.
She went on to reference an interview that he did with former Vice President Kamala Harris in which Seales claimed Charlamagne didn’t push back enough with a point she was trying to make.
“Like stick to rappers. Yes, Andrew Schultz can say whatever and then he defends him. So, you know, go for it playboy. But that’s not my peoples no more,” Seales said.
She then dropped an eye-opening bombshell when she revealed that she and “The Breakfast Club” host were supposed to previously collaborate on a show entitled “Amanda Seales is Difficult”–which would’ve been a mockumentary about her experience working in Hollywood.
Charlamagne was set to executive producer, or, at least, that was the case until his manager and business manager allegedly tried to pitch the show to VH1 and allegedly claimed it was their idea and not Seales’.
As a result, that further soured the relationship between the two and prompted the “Insecure” star to no longer want to work with him.
“Why would they [Charlamagne’s team] feel like they could do that? Why would they even have that idea in their mind? Why had they not clarified from jump?” Seales questioned.
Charlamagne himself has yet to respond to Seales but you already know a reaction is forthcoming, so we’ll let you as soon as grabs the mic and speaks his peace!
