On Saturday (July 27), comedian Amanda Seales lit up the internet once again with her commentary. This time, she directed her sights to Vice President Kamala Harris and recounted a meeting that Seales said took place between the two women.
The βSmart, Funny and Blackβ creator shared a video about her interaction with the presumptive Democratic nominee. The clip started with Seales saying: βI donβt need politicians to state thingsβI need politicians to do things.β She then told a story of how Harris demanded to meet with her.

βWhen I met with Kamala Harris after she summoned me, I told her straight up, βYou talk out two sides of your neck, and we donβt know what youβre talking about.β I wouldnβt be surprised if itβs Kamala Harris who is trying to shut me the f**k up,β Seales stated.
Seales claimed she told Harris that she feels βlike she is disingenuous in her messaging.β Harris allegedly replied that the actress was βbeing too critical.β Seales then retorted: ββI am a voterβIβm supposed to be critical. And I want to see action.ββ The star then said Harris sought her guidance on how to talk about this countryβs racism problem.
β[Harris] said βHow am I supposed to talk about racism in America without calling Americans racist?β I said, βFirst of all, there are many racist Americans, but thereβs also policies, legislation, institutions, and systems that are racist that need to be addressed,ββ Seales said in the video.
Seales apparently instructed her to do that in a bold way and told Harris βIβm not telling you how to feelβIβm telling you how to sound.β Her video has since gone viral on X, with one user in particular @itsellemurasaki challenging Seales and her insistence on constantly crusading for Black people.
βWhy would you get up on the internet and be against the people that you said you was for? Thatβs what I would like to know,β @itsellemurasaki asked. Seales recently went viral for calling the assassination attempt on Trump staged then later retracting her words.
