Bronwyn Vance, the daughter of Hollywood royalty Angela Bassett and Courtney Vance, recently stepped into the spotlight at one of the most exclusive debutante balls, Le Bal des Débutantes in Paris. Pictures of the young woman in a stunning gown, with her clearly proud parents by her side, were all over the internet this past weekend as part of debutante season.

Le Bal, first put together in 1994 by PR executive Ophélie Renouard, is an invite-only, charity-focused shindig for young women under 21 from high-flying families, including the kin of politicians, actual Hollywood big shots, according to Vanity Fair. These young women, or “debs,” can only get in if Renouard personally taps them for an invitation.
This year, 19-year-old Bronwyn Vance was the Hollywood princess invited to spend a glamorous night at the Shangri-La hotel in Paris, wearing haute couture and brushing shoulders with the most elite group of young women in high society. In past years, the princesses of Hollywood royalty who have been invited were Apple Martin, Lori Harvey, and actress Margaret Qualley, according to The Cut.
The Harvard student made her debut in an ivory tulle dress adorned with gold detailing around the neckline of the Cinderella-style dress. The ball gown was designed by French designer Stéphane Rolland, according to Vogue. For her jewellery, all the debs wore a piece by V Muse, the high-end jewellery brand that collects dazzling heritage pieces, according to Vanity Fair.
However, Bronwyn Vance was not the only Vance family member at the elite function. She was escorted by her twin brother, Slater Vance, before starting the night with a father-daughter dance with “The Preacher’s Wife Star,” Courtney B. Vance. Angela Bassett was also at the event and let loose on the dance floor beside her hubby, showing Parisian folks how the Vance family gets down at a party.
Online, folks loved seeing Bronwyn Vance shine at the ball and seeing the Vance family have some carefree fun at the party.
“I remember when they debuted the twins in people magazine as babies it’s so beautiful to see Bronwyn all grown up she is such a beautiful and regal young lady absolutely stunning,” wrote one user.

Others were shocked by Courtney Vance’s dance moves.
