Beyoncé celebrated her 42nd birthday while performing in Los Angeles, California, and all of our favorite Black celebs came out to party! From Diana Ross singing “Happy Birthday”, to Bey’s bestie Kelly Rowland hanging out with Meghan Markle and Kerry Washington, this weekend was a party.
