While his dramatic weight transformation may seem like an unattainable task for some, during a recent interview with The Daily Mail, Roker revealed that his secret to losing weight is as simple as walking.
While at the Start Today app launch event, Roker shared, βI try not to go hogwire. I just like to work things in. Thatβs why I like to walk.β
He continued, βYou can walk to other things to go do stuff. I mean, I was running a little behind, but normally, I would have taken a walk to the subway.
