Nobody got you like family got you! And in the case of a young Black fast food worker, her family showed up big time after she was allegedly called the N-word by her white co-worker. And after they demanded justice, the racist worker was in for a rude awakening…

In a series of TikToks, the girl’s aunt, @maahdukes on TikTok, documented most of the exchange between the resturant manager and the girl’s family when they arrived to Café Rio, where she worked. At least four family members pulled up in slides and sweatpants ready to defend the young girl.
“Niece text GC & said yt [white] boy called her the n word. We pulled up literally no less than 2 mins [later],” she wrote in the caption. The video now has over 5 million views. In the video, the girl’s uncle, Rick, can be heard telling the resturant’s manager, “They should be terminated… If they’re not gonna be terminated, then we need to go [with] the next step.”
As Uncle Rick and the unnamed manager continued their back and worth, Rick stopped to ask his niece who exactly called her the N-word. That’s when the young girl pointed to a white male worker in the back kitchen. He briefly turned around then went straight back to work once he was identified. “He don’t hear us having this conversation?” @maahdukes then asked.
The manager promised the family he’d have a talk with the worker. “You need to have that talk or I’ll have that talk,” Uncle Rick responded. “Figure it out quickly.” That’s where the first video ends, but after the clip went viral, many folks online began demanding an update.
The aunt then posted a follow up video of the white worker headed to a back room with the manager. In the caption, she wrote “FIRED ON THE SPOT.” That TikTok now has 9 million views. People quickly flooded the comments, giving props to the girl’s family while celebrating the worker’s termination.
“I love Black men protecting Black girls & woman,” @ms.peligrosa responded.
Another user, @jxk2017, suggested the family “still call corporate and make sure this is documented on paper and filed.”
Others said the white worker deserved to be handed street justice. “Now part three in the parking lot,” @crabbinwitdakings said. The aunt responded saying, “He was gone gone when we left out. Searched & searched.”
She also took to TikTok expressing her thanks for the love her family has been receiving. “Family sticks together,” she said. “We’ve been teaching our kids since they were young. We are all we got.” @maahdukes added, “When one rides, we all ride.”
