Elise Neal has walked away from Hollywood Divas, and it’s not over diva antics. According to TMZ, Neal was injured on the set during a taping after a light fixture fell on her.

During the taping, the producers wouldn’t halt production, even though she was visibly injured, TMZ reports. Neal eventually sought treatment that included getting X-rays and MRIs. Neal told TMZ the final straw came when producers refused to pay for her medical bills, which left her having to pay for them on her own.
You’d think, even in the world of television, that workers’ compensation and health insurance would come into play.
